At Bubble Hampton Zoo Ken the keeper was waiting at the animal food store for his morning delivery of large fish from Fred the Fisherman. The Fish delivery was for Chris the Crocodile a very greedy Croc indeed!
Ken the keeper waited and waited for Fred the fisherman to make his delivery but he did not arrive. Then the telephone rang. It was Fred , he rang to tell Ken that he was very sorry, but his delivery van had broken down and he would get to the zoo as soon as possible. By this time Chris the Crocodile was getting very hungry.
What was ken to do. Then in a flash it came to him. He set off to river situated in the Village of Bubble Hampton carrying his fishing rod, he would catch Chris the Crocdile some fish for his tea.
Ken the keeper fished and fished but he did not catch one fish. He was sure the fresh bread he was using as bait should do the trick. Just then a young boy walking his dog stoped to talk to Ken " Having any luck" he asked "no " Ken replied " I am using bread baked fresh this morning " "that's where you are going wrong " said the boy " you should try big jucy worms" . So off ken went hunting for worms. In no time ken had filled a basket full of fish.
Ken the keeper set off for the zoo carrying his basket of fish to feed to Chris the very hungry Crocodile. It was more than enough food infact he could have fed two crocodiles. Fat and full up Chris the crocodile soon fell fast asleep.
